Job Summary
Manage lobby traffic and coordinate appointment schedules to set realistic wait-time expectations for walk-up members. Act as the primary concierge in Financial Centers, delivering exceptional service through engaging communication while educating members on SECU products and making appropriate referrals. Assist members through the Curbside channel to promote alternative delivery methods and model self-service behaviors. This role requires a dynamic personality to ensure accuracy and efficiency while fostering relationship building within the retail banking sector.
