Job Summary
The Member Services Representative is tasked with maintaining club cleanliness, monitoring member adherence to company policies, conducting regular audits, and providing high levels of member service. Essential duties include daily cash drawer audits, effective use of the Planet Fitness mobile app, and participation in team meetings. Candidates must possess effective communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information, and the physical capability to lift items up to 75 pounds. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and necessitates completing CPR and AED certification within the first 30 days of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone.
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
- Must have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Familiar with Excel’s mission, values, vision, and culture, as well as the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements.
