Member Services Representative

Job Summary
Receive and process customer financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and fund transfers. Balance cash drawers daily, post transactions to member accounts, and maintain accurate member records. Welcome members, provide routine service information, and direct them to appropriate departments while cross-selling Credit Union services. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act compliance procedures, and report suspicious activities. Work part-time 20 to 25 hours per week, including two Saturdays monthly, with a minimum of 10 transactions processed per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Up to six months of similar or related experience
- A high school education or GED
- Ability to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month
- Ten key calculator and computer keyboard by touch
- Must be good with detail to deal with numbers and names
- Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy
- Provide friendly, professional, personal service to all customers and associates
- Maintain a dependable record of attendance and timeliness
- Maintain a professional work environment and businesslike appearance
