Job Summary
The Member Services Representative at Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union is responsible for providing courteous and professional member service, processing routine banking transactions, handling member inquiries, and promoting credit union products. Key responsibilities include opening and closing accounts, accepting and processing loan applications (excluding real estate), conducting orientation interviews, and effectively cross-selling products to meet branch goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in both Polish and English, demonstrate basic computer proficiency, and have relevant experience in a banking or service role.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of work experience
- 1 year of experience as a Teller
