Job Summary
Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness (United FP Partners) responsible for delivering a high-energy, positive member experience in a clean, judgment-free gym environment. Duties include greeting members at the welcome desk, checking in members, assisting with tours and member enrollment, introducing and promoting PF Black Card amenities, and supporting fitness classes and general club operations. Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or GED. Schedule varies and may include weekends and holidays. Physical duties include standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals. Reports to the Club Manager.
