Job Summary
Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness, delivering a high-energy, judgment-free, welcoming experience at the club. Responsibilities include greeting members at the welcome desk, enrolling members, conducting non-high-pressure tours, introducing Black Card amenities, maintaining a clean club environment, and helping members succeed on their fitness journeys. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and able to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays in a dynamic, growth-oriented team.
