Job Summary
High-energy Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience, assisting with membership enrollment, introducing PF Black Card amenities, greeting and guiding members, maintaining a clean, judgment-free environment, facilitating introductions and tours, and supporting club responsibilities at the welcome desk. Requires availability including weekends and holidays; requires 18+ years old and a High School diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; a dependable, customer-focused attitude; and comfort in a fast-paced, active gym setting.
