Job Summary
Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness responsible for delivering high-energy, customer-focused service at the welcome desk, enrolling and engaging members, introducing PF Black Card amenities, guiding tours, and supporting club operations. Duties include welcoming members, facilitating tours and enrollment, promoting amenities, maintaining a clean, judgment-free environment, and helping members pursue their fitness goals. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, be 18+ years old, be dependable, and thrive in a lively team setting with weekend and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Birthdate that confirms you are a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, kneel, twist, or crouch
- On-time dependability
- Passion for helping others
