Member Services Representative

Greet members, prospective members, and guests while enforcing the Judgement Free Zone. Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new sign-ups, and facilitating account updates. Take prospects on tours and assist with downloading the PF Mobile App. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, elevating issues to management as needed. Complete assigned cleaning areas and promote sales of tanning lotions and memberships. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. This role is a foundation for career development within One World Fitness, with a strong emphasis on internal promotion.
