Job Summary
Check members into the system, take prospective members on tours, and assist them with new account sign-ups. Facilitate needed updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, elevating issues to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed. Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility to maintain a positive member experience. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, punctuality, and reliability. Required Qualifications

- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to wear masks at all times while in-club
