Job Summary
Greet members, guests, and callers to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming "Judgement Free" experience. Check members in, tour new prospects, sign up members, and log amenities while conducting beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system. Utilize the POS to assist with new membership cards, address billing or payment questions, and handle changes of address. Maintain club cleanliness by mopping spills, removing trash, cleaning windows and mirrors, and re-racking weights. Regularly clean all exercise equipment, tanning beds, restrooms, and wet areas to keep the lobby orderly. Continually stand, walk, and talk throughout the shift, occasionally lifting up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift
