Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while assisting with sign-ups, billing updates, cancellations, and unpaid balances. Answer phones, conduct facility tours, and process retail transactions accurately. Respond to member concerns professionally, escalate issues to management, and maintain daily cleaning and sanitizing of equipment, locker rooms, and spa amenities. Address maintenance issues and perform walk-throughs to ensure safety and supply needs are met. Requires 6-12 months of customer service experience, high school diploma, and basic computer/POS skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer and Point of Sale proficiency
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 6-12 months experience in a customer service environment
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
