Job Summary
Greet, check in, and enroll members at the welcome desk while delivering energetic tours and introducing Black Card amenities to current visitors. Ensure the club remains super clean and assist fitness trainers by finding new members for fitness classes. Encourage members to achieve their goals, create a judgment-free environment, and foster a family-like atmosphere. Maintain on-time dependability while standing, walking, and handling up to 50 lbs as part of the physical duties. Your schedule varies across all hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Birthdate that confirms you are a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
