Job Summary
Check in members at the welcome desk, greet and farewell guests, and assist with fun, energetic tours and enrollment. Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities and encourage them to join fitness classes. Ensure the club remains super clean and maintain a judgment-free environment where members feel like family. Help the entire team deliver +1% customer service to create raving fans and support their fitness journey. Your schedule varies and may include weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Birthdate that confirms you are a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
- Must be self-motivated
- You should think like an entrepreneur, constantly innovating and driving positive change
- You deliver consistently and over the top results
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
- Must be able to communicate
