Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new member sign-ups, and taking prospective members on tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns, escalating issues to management as needed. Assist in maintaining the club's cleanliness. This role requires a high school diploma, basic computer proficiency, and a passion for fitness. Full-time employees receive free black card membership, health insurance, and mentorship opportunities.
Required Qualifications

- Must be 18 years of age or older
