Job Summary
Check in members at the welcome desk, greet and farewell guests, and assist with fun, non-high-pressure tours and enrollment. Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities and encourage them to join fitness classes. Ensure the club remains super clean and foster a judgment-free environment where members feel like family. Help the entire team deliver +1% customer service to create raving fans and support their fitness journey. Your schedule varies and may include weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Birthdate that confirms you are a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
