The Member Services Representative delivers a superior member experience at the front desk by greeting members and guests, handling check-in and new member sign-ups, answering phones, giving club tours, processing account updates, and addressing member questions with professionalism. Requires strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay upbeat and empathetic. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods, regularly converse in person or by phone, and lift up to 50 lbs; 18+ years old and able to work in a fitness-club environment.
