Job Summary
Greet members, guests, and prospective members while answering phones and checking people in. Assist with new membership cards, address billing questions, and log amenities or event updates on the point of sale system. Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases and maintain the front desk, lobby, and exercise equipment through regular cleaning and upkeep. Ensure the facility remains orderly by mopping spills, removing trash, cleaning windows, and stocking restrooms. Maintain punctuality and reliability while demonstrating a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills during shifts that require continual standing, walking, and talking.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
