Member Services Representative

Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new sign-ups, and conducting tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain the club's neatness and cleanliness throughout the shift. This role requires a passion for fitness, strong listening skills, and the ability to empathize and problem-solve in a positive, professional manner.
