Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, and conducting new member sign-ups and tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and ensure a positive, professional interaction style throughout the shift. This role supports Planet Fitness's mission to deliver superior customer service to its community.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
