Job Summary
Greet and assist members and guests at the front desk, process check-ins and new member sign-ups, conduct facility tours, address inquiries, and maintain cleanliness and safety. Role emphasizes independent work during AM/PM/Overnight shifts, proactive problem-solving, and adherence to Planet Fitness standards. Responsibilities include answering phones, updating member accounts, reporting maintenance needs, and ensuring a welcoming, safe gym environment; requires strong customer service, dependability, and basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 16 required (18 for Overnight)
- Must be able to lift/pull/push at least 25 lbs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Punctual and reliable
- Basic computer proficiency
- Demonstrate diplomacy and professional communication
- Satisfactory background check
- Overnight: must be 18+ and able to work alone
