Member Services Representative

Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness delivers exceptional customer service, greets and assists members and guests, handles front desk duties (phones, member check-ins, new member sign-ups), conducts facility tours, updates member accounts, and maintains cleanliness and safety of the club. Overnight shift focus includes staying independently, ensuring security and a welcoming, well-maintained environment; requires self-reliance, situational awareness, prompt issue resolution, and reporting to management as needed.
