Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests; check members into the system; sign up new members; take tours of the facility; address inquiries, update member accounts, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment across AM/PM/Overnight shifts. Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting callers, reporting maintenance needs, stocking supplies, enforcing Lost and Found policy, and performing other duties as assigned; overnight-only responsibilities emphasize working independently to ensure security and cleanliness with no on-site management. Requires strong customer service, problem-solving, basic computer skills, punctuality, and the ability to work alone at times. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Must be able to Lift, pull, push a minimum of 25lbs
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers
- Basic computer proficiency
- Satisfactory background check
- Overnight: Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work alone and independently
