Member Services Representative

Provide exceptional member service at Planet Fitness front desk by greeting members and guests, checking in members, signing up new members, and giving facility tours. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and elevate to management as needed while maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting club environment across AM, PM, and Overnight shifts. Independently handle front desk duties, answer phones, assist with accounts updates, and ensure proper sanitation of restrooms, locker rooms, and gym equipment. Maintain strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills to ensure a positive member experience and adherence to company policies; participate in ongoing duties as assigned by management.
