Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Handle front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new member sign-ups, and taking tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns by elevating issues to management as needed. Assist in maintaining club cleanliness. This part-time weekend role requires 7am-3pm shifts, basic computer proficiency, and a passion for fitness.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
