Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new sign-ups, and taking tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and ensure a positive, professional atmosphere throughout the 7am-3pm shift. A passion for fitness and health is essential, along with strong listening skills and the ability to empathize and problem solve.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
