The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, effective communication, and the ability to escalate issues to management as needed, with a fitness- and health-oriented mindset and a flexible, upbeat attitude.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Punctuality and reliability
- Strong listener with empathy and problem solving
- Diplomacy in interactions
- Ability to interact positively with members and coworkers
