Member Services Representative Part Time

Member Services Representative will provide a positive member experience and superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, handling front desk activities, answering phones, checking members in, signing up new members, giving tours, updating member accounts, addressing questions or concerns and escalating to management as needed, and maintaining club cleanliness. Key skills include exceptional customer service, active listening, diplomacy, professional communication, basic computer proficiency, reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Requires High School diploma or GED and minimum age of 16. This role supports a flexible, part-time schedule and offers employee perks and advancement opportunities.
