Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new sign-ups, and conducting tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and work independently during shifts. This part-time role supports Planet Fitness's mission to deliver superior customer service, with a focus on an upbeat attitude and strong listening skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
