Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones, checking members into the system, and taking tours. Handle front desk activities including new member sign-ups, account updates, and responding to member questions or concerns. Elevate issues to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed and assist in maintaining club cleanliness. Work a part-time schedule with continual standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 75 lbs. This role supports Planet Fitness by delivering exceptional customer service to foster a positive member experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
