Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while checking them into the system, taking tours, and handling new sign-ups. Answer phones, facilitate account updates, and respond to member questions or concerns by elevating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and work independently during shifts. Requires basic computer proficiency, a passion for fitness, and the ability to stand and walk continually.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- 16 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work independently and alone during shifts as business needs require
