Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones, checking members into the system, and taking new members on tours. Facilitate account updates, handle front desk activities, and respond to member questions or concerns by elevating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and work independently during shifts. Requires customer service background, basic computer proficiency, and a passion for fitness. Full-time or part-time schedule available with flexible hours, casual dress code, and free gym access.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
