Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, managing new sign-ups, and taking tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and work independently during shifts. This part-time role supports Planet Fitness's mission to provide exceptional customer service, requiring a passion for fitness, strong listening skills, and the ability to interact positively with diverse groups.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work independently and alone during shifts as business needs require
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
