Job Summary
Member Services Representative responsible for creating a positive member experience through customer service at a Planet Fitness club. Duties include greeting members and guests, handling front desk activities (answering phones, checking in members, signing up new members, giving tours), updating member accounts, maintaining club cleanliness, and escalating to management as needed. Requires a High School diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and a part-time weekend shift (Sat-Sun 1pm-7pm) with basic computer skills and a customer-service orientation.
