Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones and checking members into the system. Facilitate new member sign-ups, take tours, and handle account updates. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and work independently during shifts. Requires basic computer proficiency, a passion for fitness, and the ability to stand and walk continually. Must be 16 years or older.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
