Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new sign-ups, and conducting tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and work independently during shifts while standing and walking throughout the day. This part-time role supports Planet Fitness's mission to provide superior customer service, requiring a passion for fitness and a positive attitude.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
