Member Services Representative Part Time

Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness providing friendly, front-desk customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, checking members in, signing up new members, giving tours, updating member accounts, responding to questions and concerns, and escalating to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed. Maintain club cleanliness; demonstrate a positive, reliable, and diplomatic attitude; possess strong listening and problem-solving skills; and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be 18+ with a High School diploma or GED and have a passion for fitness and health; role is part-time.
