Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones, checking members into the system, and conducting new member tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain the club's cleanliness and ensure a positive, professional experience for all visitors. This part-time role requires continual standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 75 lbs, with a focus on punctuality and reliability. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
