Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, processing new sign-ups, and conducting tours. Facilitate account updates, respond to member questions and concerns, and escalate issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and work independently during shifts. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
