Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests by answering phones, checking members into the system, facilitating new sign-ups, and conducting club tours. Handle front desk activities including account updates and responding to member questions or concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Assist in maintaining club cleanliness while working independently during shifts. This part-time role supports Planet Fitness's mission to provide a superior member experience with a casual dress code and flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
