Job Summary
Provide excellent member service at Planet Fitness front desk: greet members, prospective members and guests; handle front desk tasks including answering phones, checking members in, processing new member sign-ups, and giving tours; update member accounts as needed; respond to questions and escalate to Assistant Manager or Manager; maintain club cleanliness; demonstrate a positive, professional demeanor with strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Requires High School diploma/GED, 18+ years old, ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; must be punctual and reliable and maintain a welcoming, upbeat attitude.
Required Qualifications

- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
