Job Summary
The Member Services Representative role focuses on delivering a superior member experience at the gym front desk by greeting members, prospective members, and guests; handling check-ins and new member sign-ups; taking tours for prospective members; updating member accounts; and addressing questions or concerns with professionalism. It requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, a positive, reliable, and empathetic attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively. Must be at least 16, have a high school diploma or GED, and be prepared to work a flexible, part-time schedule in a fitness-club environment.
Required Qualifications
