Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while checking them into the system, taking tours, and facilitating account updates. Answer phones, respond to member questions and concerns, and escalate issues to management as needed. Maintain the club's cleanliness and operate independently during shifts. Requires basic computer proficiency, a passion for fitness, and the ability to stand and walk continually. Part-time schedule with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
