Job Summary
Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness provides front-desk customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Responsibilities include greeting people, answering phones, checking members into the system, signing up new members, giving tours, updating member accounts, handling inquiries professionally, and assisting in maintaining the club’s neatness. Requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, 18+ years old, and a positive, reliable, customer-service–oriented attitude with strong listening, empathy, problem-solving, and diplomacy skills.
Required Qualifications

- Must be 18 years of age or older
