Job Summary
Member Services Representative to process routine cash and non-cash member transactions and respond to member requests via telephone, electronic and digital channels. Develop and manage relationships with members, provide trusted financial advice, analyze member needs, outline benefits and alternatives, promote credit union products/services, and refer to other staff where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of post-secondary education in business preferred (1-2 years)
- Cash handling experience preferred
