Job Summary
Check members into the system, take prospective members on tours, and assist with new account sign-ups. Facilitate member account updates, respond to questions and concerns, and elevate issues to management as needed. Perform detailed cleaning throughout the facility, close the shift, and create the bank deposit for the next day. Maintain exceptional customer service standards while interacting professionally with members and co-workers. Work the third shift (overnights) with continual standing, walking, and talking, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Adhere to strict safety and cleaning protocols, including wearing masks at all times. Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations.

- Customer service background preferred.
- Punctuality and reliability is a must.
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).
