Job Summary
Member Services Representative at Fitness Ventures LLC. Acts as the first and last point of contact for members, greeting guests, checking in members, operating club software, answering phones, communicating events, selling retail, scheduling services (e.g., tanning, hydro-massage), processing payments, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting with projects as directed by management. Requires CPR certification, experience with children, applicable certifications as required by law, and a high school diploma or equivalent; must be eligible to work in the United States. Knowledge of club facilities, services, and schedules; ability to lift 10 lbs; professional demeanor; compliant with team policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
- Experience working with children
- Certifications, as local/state laws require
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
