Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones and checking members into the system. Facilitate new member sign-ups, take tours, and handle front desk activities including account updates. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and ensure a positive environment for all visitors. Requires high school diploma, basic computer proficiency, and an upbeat attitude. Full-time role with flexible schedule, free food, and free black card membership.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Must be able to occassionally lift up to 50 lbs
