Job Summary
North Seattle-based Member Services Representative at We Care Daily Clinics serves as the first point of contact for members, visitors, and vendors. Required Qualifications
- Greet and assist members, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Handle phone lines and manage communication between medical staff and members
- Facilitate member flow and ensure a smooth clinic experience
- Assist with self-check-in and verify insurance information
- Collect member fees and manage payments
- Handle medical record requests in accordance with privacy and compliance standards
- Maintain front-desk and waiting areas
- Participate in MSR training and staff meetings

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- Pass background checks
