Member Services Representative Mon-Fri

Greet members, prospective members, and guests while enforcing the Judgement Free Zone. Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new sign-ups, facilitating account updates, and assisting with the PF Mobile App. Take prospects on tours and promote sales of tanning lotions and memberships. Respond to member questions and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed, while completing assigned cleaning areas. Maintain a positive attitude, smile, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
